Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

Find clear answers to common questions about our recycling services, global partnerships, logistics, and sustainable solutions that support communities.
Are you a broker or a direct supplier?

STXM Recycling is not a broker. We own and control 100% of the OCC cardboard and paper we sell. Every bale is stored, inspected, and managed in our own facilities and warehouses, giving buyers the confidence that they are dealing directly with the source.

All our OCC cardboard and paper grades are supplied to ISRI global standards (OCC 11, OCC 12, DLK). Shipments are inspected, documented, and certified before export to ensure consistent moisture levels, bale weights, and fiber quality. Buyers may also request third-party inspections at loading for extra assurance.
We offer flexible trade financing to support buyers worldwide:
  • Letter of Credit (LC at sight)
  • Down Payment + Balance on Arrival
  • 30–60 Day Terms for established
  • partners
All transactions are supported by trusted U.S. banking partners for transparency and security.
Yes. Unlike many exporters who require 100% prepayment, STXM Recycling offers structured financing solutions such as LCs, bank guarantees, and deferred terms. This allows mills to manage cash flow while securing reliable OCC supply.
We ship from five major U.S. ports to ensure flexibility and speed:
  • Texas
  • California
  • Florida
  • Alabama
  • New Jersey
This multi-port coverage allows us to reroute shipments during port congestion and deliver to buyers faster. If there is a different option from another sea port we can also use your preferred sea port.
Transit times vary by region, but on average:
  • India: 25–35 days

  • Malaysia: 25–30 days

  • Mexico: 3 days or less
Yes. We offer both Door-to-Port and Door-to-Door options. Our services include collection, container loading, export documentation, customs clearance, and final delivery to your mill.
STXM Recycling operates with asset-based control — our own trucks, trailers, drivers, and warehouse teams. Combined with multi-port coverage, this gives us the flexibility to keep shipments moving, even during border delays, port congestion, or global disruptions.
Large traders often focus on volume. At STXM Recycling, we focus on personalized, long-term partnerships. With direct ownership of product, flexible financing, and asset-based logistics, we provide speed, transparency, and responsiveness that bigger players can’t match.
Every shipment helps support the global circular economy by reducing landfill waste, conserving trees, water, and energy, and lowering CO₂ emissions. By sourcing OCC from STXM, mills gain cost savings while meeting sustainability targets.
